Room4Health provides a light and airy Mind and Body Studio for a number of classes and activities designed for everyone, including daytime and evening Pilates, Yoga classes, Sing and Sign, Relax Kids and Massage for Babies.
The studio is also available for hire for workshops and new classes and activities.
